25 g Dark Roast Vietnamese Coffee Grounds

2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk

150 ml Boiling Water

1 cup Ice Cubes

Method

Spoon the sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of a clear glass tumbler.

Place the metal Phin filter chamber over the glass, add the dark roast coffee grounds, and level gently with the gravity insert.

Pour a small amount of boiling water to bloom the grounds for 30 seconds, then fill the Phin chamber to the top with remaining boiling water.

Cover with the lid and let the coffee slowly drip down into the condensed milk over 4 to 5 minutes.

Stir the concentrated coffee and condensed milk together until fully combined, then fill the glass with ice cubes.
