80 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

6 slices English Cucumber Slices

10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves

2 tbsp Agave Syrup

300 ml Sparkling Water

Method

Place four cucumber slices and half of the fresh mint leaves into the bottom of a pitcher.

Use a muddler to gently crush the cucumber and mint to release their fresh aromatic essence.

Pour in the fresh lemon juice and agave syrup, stirring until the sweetener dissolves completely.

Add ice cubes and top with chilled sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.

Garnish with the remaining cucumber slices and mint leaves before pouring into glasses.
