800 ml Cold Filtered Water

30 ml Whole Milk or Heavy Cream

Method

Steep the coarse ground dark roast coffee in cold filtered water inside the refrigerator for 12 hours, then filter out the grounds.

Pour the chilled cold brew concentrate into a whipped cream dispenser canister.

Charge the dispenser with one N2O gas charger, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, and chill for 1 hour.

Invert the dispenser and press the trigger to dispense the coffee into a tall glass, watching the cascading microfoam form.

Add a splash of cream if desired and serve immediately.
