60 ml Freshly Brewed Espresso

1.5 tbsp Lavender Honey Syrup

180 ml Cold Milk of Choice

1 cup Ice Cubes

1 pinch Dried Lavender Buds for Garnish

Method

Stir the lavender honey syrup into the bottom of a tall glass tumbler.

Pull a fresh double shot of espresso and pour it directly over the syrup, mixing thoroughly.

Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.

Slowly pour the cold milk over the top for a beautiful layered look, and garnish with a tiny pinch of dried lavender buds.
