Ingredients

1/2 cup Roasted Hazelnuts

1/2 cup Raw Macadamia Nuts

750 ml Filtered Water

1 piece Pitted Medjool Date

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

Soak the roasted hazelnuts and raw macadamia nuts in filtered water for 4 hours, then drain and rinse.

Transfer the soaked nuts, 750ml of fresh filtered water, Medjool date, and vanilla extract into the blender.

Blend on high speed for 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour through a nut milk bag into a large bowl, squeezing firmly to extract all the rich nut milk.

Transfer into a clean glass bottle and chill in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
