Ingredients

100 g Coarsely Ground Arabica Coffee

750 ml Filtered Cold Water

1 tsp Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste

100 ml Whole Milk or Oat Milk

Method

Combine coarsely ground coffee and filtered cold water in the French press container.

Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are fully saturated, then cover and steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 15 hours.

Plunge slowly and strain the cold brew concentrate through a fine mesh strainer into a glass pitcher.

Stir in the bourbon vanilla bean paste until fully dissolved into the liquid.

Serve over large ice cubes with a splash of your preferred milk.
