120 ml Fresh Blood Orange Juice

1 sprig Fresh Rosemary Sprig

150 ml Sparkling Water

1 tbsp Agave Nectar

1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

Create a quick herbal infusion by simmering 30ml of water, agave nectar, and the fresh rosemary sprig in a small saucepan for 3 minutes, then cool.

Juice the blood oranges to yield 120ml of fresh crimson juice and mix with the lemon juice.

Fill a highball glass completely with crystal clear ice cubes.

Pour the cooled rosemary syrup and citrus juice blend over the ice.

Top with chilled sparkling water, garnish with an extra rosemary sprig, and stir gently before serving.
